Hey @OctopusEnergy I'm reaching out to you as your Smart Meter team seem to be giving me the runaround. My smart meter has stopped showing values on the dashboard since the 10th of July, despite contacting customer support several times there seems to be no progress. Please help

Hey @TheAA_UK what is the point of managing your policy online when your website only shows that your system doesn't work for weeks on end?
Called @AxminsterTools support yesterday about a problem with my lathe. Within three minutes they diagnosed the problem and dispatched a new part which arrived the following day. Outstanding customer service like this is the reason I bought more tools from them last night ❤️

Can't believe how much I used to champion @OctopusEnergy - not any more, so much trouble trying to get a SMETS2 meter running and then constantly messing up my bills and overcharging.
