We're still getting a good number of new proposals coming in so we're extending the deadline until Monday at 6pm PST.
OK I added the proposal. It will go down in flames but needed to honor my conscience :-)
Just curious. Is anyone else bothered at the prospect of functional (var) and block (let) scope co-existing? Testing the waters.

@VenkyLeFou it's worth adding an issue to try. JSFixed is about expressing developer opinion - if thats what we want we should state it
