An astonishing number: nearly 40% of people age 18-34 in the U.S. are now living with their parents. Yet another reason why we need to build housing *and* why we need to elect young people to office that know the housing crisis our generation is facing.
What a great classification. Data is a bit old (2020), many countries have shifted to the right (big time for some). Still, some untapped markets are not yet delivering enough (Egypt, Jordan, etc.) but it will come !
