Lots of great things! Wolfsbane, ankheg spittle, fire beetle juice, lots of little dead things, or live things... Fantastical things like minotaur or unicorn horns, maybe scales or teeth from lesser drakes or griffons. Owlbear feathers... I could trail on and on!

Whenever I describe a place like this I always focus on the smells. The wreak of a putrid potion gone wrong. The pleasant but overpowering smell of dried flowers hanging from every beam. I also try to highlight one oddity like a tongue that's still twitching in a jar.
