Brazos Valley from Hwy 6 & points east is included in the D4 (Saturday) area to monitor for potential strong / severe storms from @NWSSPC. At this point bigger severe weather potential looks to fall just east of our backyard. With a few rumbles, can't rule out a few bumps locally

1:33pm Radar: Heaviest rain moving through the Brazos Valley at this hour is bringing rainfall rates of 1/4" to 1/2" per hour. Enough to create small streams coming off curbs & along the side of roads as water rushes to the storm drain.
