Was looking back at IGN's older sonic reviews because I was thinking "surely this was all an overexaggeration" NOPE THEY FUCKING HATED THIS BLUE GUY LMFAO
I never fully understood the "sonic's dumb friends" thing Like where is this coming from? What did they do to make ppl hate them so much?? Did these people like Sonic 1 that much that they were annoyed by a giant cat who likes fishing?? Why did they only care abt sonic alone????
Okay but the 2010's Sonic hate was real. I remember when I knew someone in High School and for shits and giggles played Gens with me, expecting it to suck and they legit turned to me after awhile and said "Wait but I thought Sonic was bad? The Game Grumps said so..." 💀💀💀

"sally doesnt look like a sonic character" doesnt make sense because she's never looked out of place in the media she appears in. satam sally looks fine next to classic sonic. reboot sally looks fine next to modern sonic.
