Mission creep is playing very nice - they are stealing money from poor patients in a reverse Robin Hood.
Dr. Feldman justifies cases when 340B child sites are placed in wealthier areas. But Senator Cassidy is standing on business: if a child site is in an affluent area, when they should be serving low-income areas instead, that is clear mission-creep and is beyond the originalโฆ
