Great but city of culture is not just about BD1 post code, in reality, it should be about 2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, ……….15,18,21 so on … Sadly, there is no really visibility outside of BD1. In the city of culture, the communities of culture do not only reside in BD1.
