July 17th: They called back, said it should arrive that week. July 19th: Called again, was told to give it more time. No card. July 20th: They said it was shipped out, should arrive by July 24th. Guess what? Still no card. Paid an additional $35 for tracking, which I never got
I highly advise against using Premier Bank Card. My experience has been terrible. Here’s what happened: June 29th: Approved for the card. July 3rd: They claimed the card was shipped. July 14th: I called to check where it was. . #CustomerServiceFail #BadService #PremierBankCard
#amazon Overall, Amazon's customer service is nothing short of a train wreck. If I could give them zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Save yourself the headache and avoid dealing with this untrustworthy and deceitful company at all costs.
