This is a good point. @JoeBiden has an opportunity to single-handedly put the first woman in the White House and possibly turn his legacy.
One thing is clear to me, a guy who has been on vacation: if Biden loses this fall, his refusal to make way for a stronger candidate will be his entire legacy.
