One best path to eliminate ignorance is through the path of Kriya yoga which includes postures,meditation & breathing control. It brings you back to your true nature. To combat daily distractions and challenges we need to develop a daily ritual that reminds us of who we truly are

Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest this Divinity within by controlling nature; external and internal. Do this either by work,worship,meditation or philosophy; by one, or more, or all of these and be free. Doctrines,dogmas,rituals,forms are secondary details.
