Nightmare Scenario: Paint a picture in the customers mind of the worst possible thing happening if they are giving you resistance


It's important to use as few words as possible when selling. Make a pitch and PAUSE , let the customer think.


Did you know Rssp repair customers go to the front of the line when they are received at the repair depot? That's VIP treatment :)


We don't give our customers refurbished cell phones. We give them a gift card equal to the unact price. Ex: evo 4g lte = 599.99


Power surges/over heating is covered by the replacement plans


Factory installed rechargeable batteries are covered by replacement plans


Expect the 1st "NO", role-play with this in mind.Have a benefit ready when they say "NO". State a benefit and wait for a response.


Role playing is a great way to improve our technique. We always make the comparison of b-ball players shooting free-throws after practice.


Try starting the RSSP pitch with something like this. "Would you like the one year or the two year protection plan?" Wait for a response.


Most people will say "NO" when asked a yes or no question. It's human nature.

Some people are "turned off" by the word warranty. Try using "replacement plan" or "protection plan" instead.
