When I first got Clementine, I used this crate & bed for her. For the longest time, even after outgrowing it, she would come to my shop & nap in it. Somehow, she would get in & turn around, but when she went to sleep, she would inevitably spill out.

What's crazy is that you promised to eliminate waste & are sending them back to the office. How about cut everybody who hasn't worked from the office, then rent out the office space, or sell it to growing business. You'll never know they're gone.
