When I called customercare toldconcern,me was told that if there is single crack then it can b submitted,I visited to center they refused to submit. They saying as there is other issues also we can not submit it .If we then it will cost around 25thousand (which utterly nonsense).
@BillGates it was so highly heat it could not handled and it fell down got cracked. Even I will b sharing pictures. So with in a reasonable timeframe do check on it and provide me a correct defined resolution.
