Help @SamsungSupport! Ordered S9 last Nov. from you with VZ service. Tried to cancel order but it had gone to warehouse so I was told to refuse delivery and everything would cancel. But 5 months later order still not cancelled and VZ wants $600 for the phone I never received!!
