Friday reminder: don’t ruin your week chasing one more win. Close the charts. Rest. You lived to trade another week.

The market doesn’t care about your dreams, your goals, or your bills. You either follow your plan or pay the price.

No one’s coming to save you. You either put in the reps or you keep repeating the same mistakes

Some of you are trying to trade full-time with part-time discipline

The goal isn’t to trade every day. The goal is to trade when it’s clean. Sitting out is a position too

Trading in public is scary, but I’m doing it. It’s a mirror and a journal, and maybe someone learns something from it too

Your risk per trade is a reflection of how serious you are about staying in the game. Protect capital. Without that, you’re just gambling.

Even with the best setup, a trade can still fail. That’s not a bad trade that’s just reality. Bad trades are the ones you forced

Slow week btw one of those weeks 2nd trade this week and it’s a sl

My worst trading days usually follow a win that made me feel too confident. Be humble. Market will humble you if you don’t humble yourself

One of the best decisions I made was to stop trading when I’m emotionally off. It's like trying to shoot straight while drunk. You’ll lose more than you gain

You won’t become consistent in your P&L until you’re consistent in your mindset.

How I used to trade: wake up, chase setups, force a trade. Now: pre-market analysis, wait, wait some more, strike when it’s clean.

A small trading account teaches you more about patience than any course ever could.

Some of you don’t need another strategy. You need sleep. You need peace. You need clarity. That’s where your edge starts

If you want to get better at trading, start journaling your trades. Not just the numbers, write what you were thinking and feeling. That’s where the truth youre avoiding is.

Why did I enter that trade? Was it FOMO or was it plan? Most of my mistakes start with that question.

Pro Traders know luxalgo and nephew Sam 😂😂

A simple strategy + discipline > a complex system you can’t stick to. I had to learn this the hard way
