This is a potent 3 step daily: 1 -3min cold shower or plunge immediately after waking up (AWA). 5-30min of viewing sunlight ASAPAWA (There is always *some* sun, folks, even if through cloud cover). Resistance train, or endurance work or sprints, 6 days/week. (Notice “or”).

Most people get artificial lighting all wrong: too dim during the day and too bright at night. It really should be the opposite: as much sunlight (especially on cloudy days) & bright artificial light until ~6pm then dim-dark until sleep. This is especially true in winter.
