I am tired of watching people in the tech who don't give a shit about their health. Sure, money is important but define a goal say 20lpa and then make fitness a top 3 priority in life. It's very simple. A balanced diet, 200 minutes of cardio and 3 strengths sessions per week.
I don't feel man enough if I haven't woken up at 5:30am and head out for a workout. I feel like a little bitch when I sleep late and wake up late. Skill issue, gotta balance both man. Everything good in life happens after 10pm.
