Live at city council: The entire city hall is near its maximum capacity. There is pure tension in the room. Both sides of the Borchard debate take to different sides of the room. Currently, as I type this, the Investment review committee is giving an annual report.

When a council member talks about people who are making six figures and says “these are the kinds of people we want here”, they are *completely* missing the point of inclusionary housing. And makes it clear why this city struggles to be inclusive to begin with.
