Absolutely gorgeous day outside! It's obvious that Fall has arrived. Leaves blowing down the street, the brilliant color of the yard is fading, and my poppies are pooped, but none the less a great day outside. The pitcher plants are definitely off to the nursery next Sat.

The cranberries finally were done yesterday. Forty-eight pounds takes a lot of time in the dehydrator. I think every Mason jar, plastic container, and Ziplock bag in this house is full of some kind of dehydrated fruit. It will be a while before I start assembling the gift boxes.
I have dehydrated all my fruits for my gift boxes this year. All that is left is to assemble the boxes. Cranberries, Cherries, Banana chips, Halved apricots, Quartered peaches, Pineapple rings, and Apple slices. I wanted to do watermelon, but it takes one heck of a lot of melons.
Good morning, Xville! All is quiet and peaceful this morning. Mr. Man Possum is right on time. He is feasting on dried apricots, bacon, and an apple this morning. After last night, Mr. MP will most assuredly be sleeping in late.😈 I’m hitting the running trail here very soon.

Good morning, Xville! The house is full of the aroma of cranberries! 😂I should put the Christmas tree up now. 😂They still have a ways to go, I'm guessing it will be around eleven or so before they are done. Then cool to room temperature. At least the hard part is done.
YAY! All 16 trays of cranberries are downstairs to the utility room and in the dehydrator. Timer set to 14 hours and Alexa told to alert me in six hours. DRINK TIME. LOL!
Mr. Man Partner opened one of my kitchen gadget cabinets in the pantry. 😬He holds up my pineapple spiral twist cutter, my cherry pitter and apple core gadget. He just stares at the rest. "How Bed, Bath, and Beyond ever went bankrupt I'll never know." Those are necessary tools.😡
This waiting for the water to come back to boil after every two pounds of cranberries is a killer. 😂 Takes another slurp of pina colada slushie. We're about halfway there!
