Elon should convert Tesla's standard models into fleet versions. Then, secure contracts with government agencies to roll out Tesla's Efficient Police Interceptors, directly challenging Ford's Police Interceptor lineup.
Though I dislike the new Model 3 and Y, I trust Elon. He uniquely adds value to Tesla. I wouldn't choose a Tesla with cloth seat options, and wish Tesla wouldn't offer such lack of options, but the goal is FSD for all, requiring an affordable model. Godspeed, Elon!
Cloth seats?! Tesla shouldn’t sell anything standard! The play to please the cheap will fail. Tesla should have remained a mid- to high-end brand and not stooped so low. Economy models are for Nissan. Not good for business. I don’t think the market will like it $tsla
