The AFL Rookie list continues to be broken with experienced players Gunston(Hawthorn) and Pink (North Melbourne) delisted from main list then promised to be drafted on rookie list. The rookie list wasn't created as a salary cap balancing holding area.

When junior football leagues have mixed competitions till Under 14s, I believe they need to protect female players from opportunistic male players who smash into 35 metres off the ball and injured them. 2 week penalty not enough. 4 weeks plus a respect women program.
