Why is a University of Miami law school professor tweeting about stealing an election as an act of petty revenge
The poll workers of Detroit are heroes. The counted 170k ballots in 36 hours, while dealing with constant harassment and chants of “Stop the Count” from GOP challengers. #CountEveryVote
they 👏🏻 are 👏🏻legitimate 👏🏻 votes👏🏻 cast👏🏻 before👏🏻EOD 👏🏻yesterday👏🏻because👏🏻we’re👏🏻in👏🏻a👏🏻fucking 👏🏻PANDEMIC👏🏻
They are finding Biden votes all over the place — in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. So bad for our Country!
Counting all votes isn't fraud. Trying to prevent all votes from being counted is fraud.
Florida Republicans disenfranchised hundreds of thousands of people who’d served felony prison sentences weeks ahead of this election.

Legal community is aware of Sept Bar results. Where was this same energy when examinees were struggling during prep and the exam? Stop perpetuating the cycle and be actually involved in what's really going on. #barexam #barpocalypse @DiplomaPriv4All
Bar examinees weigh in on Florida's online exam, which officials deemed a success: bit.ly/3565uRi
I say this in the nicest way possible, but for the love of all that is holy PLEASE stop sending me and fellow bar examinees that article about the woman who gave birth during the exam. We know! We’ve seen it! And we hate it. She should not have had to do that!
Ordinarily, I'm not in favor of dwelling on trauma, but the cruelty of this exam is seared into my brain. @LizCGil is right: young/newer lawyers MUST remember this. We MUST be better than those currently in power. We MUST push for a different licensure process for lawyers.

As a fellow applicant taking the #flbarexam, let's all give a huge freaking round of applause to @CarverJohnny for pushing through and taking this absurd baseless exam. @flcourts hope you're proud of yourselves for preserving your precious test at all costs. Way to go, Johnny!
All of this.
For anyone curious after all these months of my complaining: The essay portion was fair, the MCQ felt somewhat less so (but that may do to my own prep/comfort level) and there was one obvious mistake. I didn't experience any tech issues and things seemed to upload w/o incident.
two margaritas in and have been waiting all day to post this: I just sat for the FL bar exam and still think no one should have to go through what we went through
For everyone else taking the Florida bar exam in a different time zone: Thanks for the warning @ExamSoft 😒 #flbarexam #barexam
NO ONE should feel shame if they don’t pass the Fall ‘20 bar exam. 1. Bad software and failure/glitches exist that harm your time/ability to work 2. No scratch paper 3. AI proctoring 4. For FL, won’t know the way to take the exam until 7am day of. Know that it’s not you.
Channeling this energy to get me through the last day of bar prep before the bar exam. Watched @AOC ‘s entire 10-minute response to Ted Yoho. Brb gotta pass this exam and dismantle the BOLEs that spent the summer mistreating us all vm.tiktok.com/ZMJPVGSgw/
Florida Bar Tip: A bit of self-promotion but I did about a month ago post the Florida Torts distinctions that are likely to show up on the Torts multiple choice question and possibly on an essay. Knowing them will help on Tuesday! @ mbetutorial.blogspot.com/2020/09/florid…
