I love blaming the holidays on weight gain knowing damn well I gained weight the whole year
i genuinely hate the fat on my legs so much i would do anything to remove it
i will be skinny i will reach my ugw in 2026 i will have visible chest bones i will have a thigh gap
if food noise exists bc the body is deprived of food then why doesn't the same happen with water... i never drink the recommended amount yet have never experienced sth like water noise 🤨
