He needs putting on suspension while under investigation of his behaviour and understanding of alternative communication, as well as what Deaf and disability CPD has occurred. Mandatory Deaf inclusion training, including on alternative communication, needs to happen. 4/end

Processing delays make me more subservient than I’d like. When someone brings up something I’ve done “wrong”, I think for a second, agree with them, feel awful and then apologise. But, an hour later I remember that I did exactly what they asked and wish I could revoke my apology.
Also I’ll never lose an opportunity to remind people that Hans Asperger was a nazi & that’s how we ended up with this distinction.
