For all the “changed behavior is the gold standard” people, good behavior can be manipulated which leads to self righteousness. But when you glory in the righteousness of Jesus it tugs at one’s heart to want to change. Not that we “can” become better but we want to become better.

When I tell people I truly believe this😑 & it has changed my life, they balk & throw Gal 5:16-25 or 2 Cor 5:9 in my face. It’s really a battle in my heart to not let people dissuade me in this. Plus not a single verse tells me to be “like Jesus!”
