Can anyone help me. I've been smoking for 50 years, heart and & lung damage. Doc sys 5 years if I'm lucky if I don't stop. I've tried everything to stop, Alan Carr's book, patches, drops, nicorette, gum, hypnotism, you name it. Any sure fire cures to help an old girl out.
