Great team effort!! We jump up in this complex case in a patient with multiple aneurisms (CIA, EIA, CFA, SFA) without aortic envolvment. Giant external 10cm, SFA 7cm. Started fixing the critical ones, estaged. EIA the SFA. This was the second step #vascular #surgery #aneurism

A true labor of love. Important work b/c the worst traumatic injuries are rare & lethal. You have to get it right or the patient dies. Yet, educational resources are extremely limited. There is simply nothing out there as detailed, practical, & accessible as this.
