Sakai's Discussion Tool is not displaying. IT Services is resolving the problem.


Sakai will be unavailable today from 4:20 to 5:30pm today 2008/09/02.


The Language Lab computers are now available for use again. The Language Lab may be unavailable tomorrow for updates again.

Personal laptops may experience difficulties connecting to the Shepherd network when using a network cable.This issue is being investigated.


The Reference Lab has new computers. Windows Vista&Microsoft Office 2007 has been installed along with being configured for duplex printing.


On Thursday 8/14 @ 5pm, IT Services will be replacing networking equipment in the Library. During this time there will be no network access.


The network problem has been resolved. Students will be able to connect and register to the Shepherd network now.


Students will have problems connecting their personal computers to the Shepherd network; Campus Manager is down. This includes wireless.


Uniprint print is working. Printing will resume as normal in the Library.


Today Aug 1 printing will be free because of Uniprint & Rambler issues. Go to the Public Service Desk or Ref Desk to have your docs released

The Rambler Card system will be down on July 31st throughout the entire campus. Please see a Library Staff member to release print jobs.
