Soundwave in Transformers: Cybertron is probably the version with the most swagger. Hopefully, the new toy comes with a mic. The bots even mention how he sounds like Prime—which makes sense, since Garry Chalk voices both Optimus Prime and Soundwave.

I really like this MU, I've heard mechagodzilla can get up to 11D and if that's true then it's obviously him but I'm not sure how valid it is. Either way, debatable.
