Initially I thought, why would people want another interface on top of the terminal? But this is actually smart, it’s like having a shared terminal for your team, very cool 👍🏽

So I had claude code scaffold a project based on the extracted task.json and complexity report using a PRD and task-manager and funny enough, the end result turned out worse than when I tried a simplified prompt with no PRD doc, no task-manager. Not sure why @LevJampolsky

Testing using a proper PRD, I’m asking AI to help me create a prompt for the creation of the PRD doc first and then will test @TaskmanagerAI @LevJampolsky will update the results

So far I’m finding that its better not to rely on cursor rules or instruction files too much because while you can generate files faster, usually the codebase is worse off

I found that cursor now deliberately tries not to answer your query with code if it can get away with it, not too pleased with this

So far testing Claude Code using the API is a bit expensive I feel. The initial setup (running /init) and one request cost me 0.44 USD. Maybe it makes more sense to use the subscription plan?

You see this window popup in Cursor, what do you do?

Spent 40 minutes recording a video only to realise I was using the wrong audio input, anyone have a similar story?

Day 3: Here’s the stats from quicktweet.io, interestingly a 100% bounce rate, any idea what that actually means in practice? #buildinpublic Also yesterday didn’t do much marketing wise, so not sure where these are coming from, not twitter that’s for sure

Day 2 of publishing my stats for quicktweet.io, I published a post on reddit today just now, trying to come up with more marketing channels. No signs ups yet but I did notice that at least 2 people actually came from twitter. #buildinpublic

Day 1 stats for quicktweet.io, didn’t start with any launch whatsoever, and most of these views are from myself I think 🤔. Will be posting updates of these stats as well as what I’ve been doing. #buildinpublic

Also @zeddotdev tells me i don’t have access to Context7’s mcp server but I have it installed… I tell it to “use context7” but it doesn’t, what am I doing wrong?? #buildinpublic

So far asking cursor feels more satisfying than with @zeddotdev unless you provide context more specifically. For example with cursor you can just say something like “do this” with a file and it will try to understand the codebase before committing the action. #buildinpublic

Do you also use more than one AI IDE just to access different models? #buildinpublic

I find myself alternating between @zeddotdev and cursor today, anyone else doing the same? For me its mainly to use the claude-4 thinking model on zed which isn’t on cursor.
