The questioning of the British policies and its critique by the Indian people was very scattered & unorganised. Due to the inception of the congress, the questioning got some form and structure and became much organized.
Dadabhai Naoroji, born in 1825, in later years was part of a group called Young Bombay, which was dealth with religious reforms, educating women, spreading educations amongst other things. Most women did not receive a formal education during those years.
