Correct. The @LIRR wants the bad press to go away and people to forget to complain. Their small band aid fixes are being used to carry out the purpose above. However, this is only scratching the surface and our riders need more and we need it now. AM/PM peak trains are a disaster

This video clip was sent in by a constituent who was taking an LIRR train from Great Neck into Penn Station. The number of people who must stand without hand support while the train is in motion is a safety risk.
