Father, thank You that there is nothing we face today that You have not already gone before us and prepared the way. We follow You with confidence and faith. Thank You that we never, never, ever, no never, walk alone. Amen.

A6. Interestingly, when gifted students are accelerated or served in settings appropriate to their readiness, then they have OPPORTUNITIES to develop self-regulation and other SEL skills. Otherwise they learn to coast. #gtchat
One-key wonder 🙌
God is absolutely trustworthy, but it’s okay if it takes time to find your way to that truth. Life can be hard & confusing sometimes. Be patient with yourself & one another. I promise, God is patient & kind & able to handle your questions. He loves you ... more than you know.
May you throw off everything that distracts you from your pursuit of Jesus. May you grow to hate the sin that continually trips you up. And may you run with pace and focus, the race marked out before you. May you keep your eyes on Jesus whose will is your best-case-scenario.
The peace of our souls does not have to rise and fall with unpredictable people or situations. Our feelings will shift, of course. People do affect us. But the peace of our souls can be tethered to all that God is. We can let His Word wrap around our souls with steady assurance.

For “Teacher Appreciation Week” take 5 minutes to: 1. Think of teachers who changed your life. 2. Find their email, phone number or Facebook page. 3. Write them a letter, call them or send them a message. They deserve it. #TeacherAppreciationWeek
I will trust in God. Serve God. And even in the darkest nights when I still cry, I will find rest in the light of His love. Then tomorrow, I’ll get up and do it all again.
God is good at being God. We don’t have to try to fix what He hasn’t assigned us to fix. No need to manipulate, control or spend all our emotions trying to figure it out. We can let Him be God & free ourselves from the impossible assignment of trying to keep it all together.
Two questions we can ask ourselves before we say "yes" to one more thing: - How will this “yes” feel two weeks, two months or six months from now? - Is this "yes" connected to people-pleasing in any way? When we can plan for what’s realistic, we won’t end up overextended.
God’s promises for us are in process. Right now. Even in circumstances where we can’t see any evidence of good yet. Just remember “not yet” doesn’t mean “not ever.”
Hold on to this truth today, friend… God loves you too much to answer your prayers at any other time than the right time and in any other way than the right way.
It’s not wrong to need people. God made us to have relationships. But we’re setting ourselves up for disappointment when we feel like we won’t be able to breathe unless someone else makes us feel loved. Noticed. Accepted. We can’t expect any other person to be our soul oxygen.
Being a part of #GPISDVanguard has been a great stretch for me. These products are engaging and rigorous to say the least. I had fun creating souvenirs. Can you guess which country or holiday tradition I am celebrating?@taracahill @karenqb @learningburns @GPISDTech
