I built "Duolingo for Goals" Our brains aren't wired for massive goals - we get overwhelmed, lose focus, and quit. So I built an AI coach that breaks ANY goals into daily micro-tasks.
the public sentiment towards AI is becoming very hostile very quick. gonna drop "AI" keyword from all our apps.

there's something inherently funny & inspirational about putting high effort into low stakes it's the purest form of "doing it for the love of the game" i love yt for still rewarding these silly masterpieces. no wonder why so many insane builders/creatives come from there.

With everyone using AI, people are just becoming vessels for AI models. Being "yourself" will only get harder/more valuable than ever.
The collective wisdom in this photo could power a small nation. Thanks @Davidjpark96 and @marc_louvion for this amazing meetup. I was sick for two weeks straight but somehow recovered just in time for this. Got my yearly dose of motivation 🌋 Let’s go build!

oldest trick in the book. people have been real estate for generations. except with apps, you don't even need to buy the stuff.
how to build your first mobile app (and not flop). 1. search trending keywords 2. find apps solving that problem 3. build your own version consumer apps are full of gaps rn. just ship what ppl actually need.

b2c market = pay to win game launching your app feels grand, but it's nothing more than *creating a new character* with free gameplay, you'll only get to lv.4, maybe lv.10 if your launch goes viral. but to get to lv.20+, you'll have to buy S-tier items (ugc, ads)
you can fake taste, effort, talent, timing… almost anything for a while. but you can’t really fake consistency.
i'm starting to realize getting 10 users feels much better than getting 100k impressions building in public
We do this at Bixie. But instead of a dial, you choose unique personalities. So far, we have almost a perfect even split between dog-person and cat-person.

A disagreement dial would be a really useful thing for AI models. A slider that goes from “I am always right” to “I am always wrong” with intermediate steps.

this is why vibe coding works it basically gets rid of all the friction of 'building' so you can just be a child and make apps like you build a lego tower as a kid

"It solves your own problem" my cofounder and i NEED our app everyday. it makes us better people. added benefit: we find all our bugs from everyday use, not through 'testing'. i already call this a win

13 Signs Your App Idea Has Viral Potential: 1. It solves your own problem 2. Niche has 10M+ people 3. People already buy courses in this space 4. It solves a painful or emotional problem 5. Similar apps have 500+ App Store reviews 6. Viral videos exist on the topic 7.…

built this minimal utilities app last year it's on a solid mid-3-figure MRR w/o any marketing doesn't cost anything to run... should i double down and expand?

Never imagined Google's review process would take much longer than App Store's. Been stuck here for almost a week :/

with so much intense toxic content everywhere, youtube feels like a safe haven i hope that never changes
i've been bookmarking 'viral' posts of the day for months. it's been the best way to read the trend. HOWEVER, the past few weeks have been extremely disappointing. a gross lack of value on my feed. i simply had no posts to bookmark. i really hope it gets better.
