Had fun playing Mistweaver Monk in arenas tonight, new new alt: Ivylux on Stormrage but she's horde and I messed up, hoping to xfer her to Area 52. Two hour delay tomorrow, students finally returning.
Started playing WoW again, gearing up for the Midnight expansion release on March 3rd. Messing around with the new housing has been pretty fun. A lot of quality of life improvements too w/ Warbands making alts more accessible. Playing an alliance alt atm on Stormrage Luxivy :)
With all the ice and snow, we have been, all of last week and this week, with a mix of working from home or in person workdays. Hoping to get students back in the building tomorrow. But still some iffy forecasts.
We lost power in this ice storm 😭 I was gaming with some friends (just got back into WoW for Midnight prepatch) and no more power. Schools cancelled for tomorrow. Guess it's my Kindle and candles. Hope they restore power soon
Worried about the storm tomorrow. Mostly about some calls saying it would be a level 4 event, with some calling for even more at 1.25 inches of ice. Losing power for days? Weeks? in the cold with no back up heat source... Should I just evacuate & go spend time at Epic Universal?

Just dropped my mom off at the airport, back to school tomorrow. Nice break though, we did Biltmore Candlelit Nights & winery, Tryon lights, Winter Lights & Trolls at NC Arboretum, some hiking, the Carl Sandburg House & goats, + lots of shopping 😁 & Stranger Things #familytime
