.... Lauren, if im honest, not really, you've failed three different of your own service levels. Haven't told me anything don't know and the refund which was 'processed' on the 11th Dec still hasn't actually been processed. Getting back is the absolute minimum customer service.
Social media team reach out, the NOTHING, like the rest of your admin @premierinn ! @LBofHounslow a large business in your area offering truly appalling service levels, changing at their, not the customers convenience.

Hey @premierinn I know you've been busy. Your IVRs keep telling me so when I try to ring you. I've been waiting since Dec 12th for a refund on a cancellation. Was told, 5, then 10, then 15 working days. All long past. Do you think this is acceptable? I certainly don't.
