O2 are shocking,customer service do not get in contact with you when they say they will, it’s been 2 weeks since logging my complaint
Im absolutely apalled at the service I’m receiving from O2 and some of the sale staff in stores, also trying to get hold of customer services is a joke @O2mobile

Ordered a tv from @currys @CurrysServices which was delivered,screen smashed,return tv. Go into store where purchased & ask for refund & informed by head office that this has been authorised so tell me why is a replacement being shipped to home address

Well I have had an email from @uhbtrust as I regarding returning as agency nursing as I was informed I could return after 6 months they stated the department was not excepting new agency staff…well reply to them what department and hospital so I’m gonna see what the reply is…..
Left the NHS in December to be an agency nurse, was told I could return after 6 months to work agency shifts in A&E well nearly 8 months on and @uhbtrust @GoodHopeUHB are not excepting new agency staff and my agency @IDMedical have tried to get me back there to work with no luck
