My thoughts on Fed Interest-Rate Decision today. With the uncertainty from the US gvt shutdown, the Fed is expected to continue cutting rates by 25bps. "Don't change course when flying blind".
Illusion of knowledge = mistaken belief that more information automatically leads to better decisions. More data = amplifies noise + reinforces overconfidence but doesn't necessarily reduce uncertainty...
