Very pathetic service at Branch-Kandivali west, Mumbai-400067. Last time my passbook was printed in Jan 2019, from then to today your passbook printing machine was under maintenance. Why wasting so much money on fake advertising, it will be better to provide good service.
Already contact but no response. We ask many time to branch head but not responded. Bank staff and manager use rough language, when customer ask any questions to them regarding cash deposit and withdrawn below 20k.
The branch manager and cashier of varachha road surat branch use rough language with customers. many people even don't know use of atm still bank officials force using atm for depositing and withdrawal.dont use Union bank banking
