Most unexpected is just how much body has to rest after effortful days. DOMS continious, especially in hands, forearms, calves, delts. That's good tho, physically balancing muscles, growing into peak performance If i'd use machines, powertools vehicles, no growth or benefits

September, after summer peak is when we left for countryside. Earlier in March was first exploration Was prepping all summer, and ofc studying all year. Research forced me to conclude we have reject moderbity and live outside urbanism, and engage w nature with body & hands
Yeeeaaahhh .. I looked into those seizure dogs for a friend of mine dealing with life altering seizures. Didn't even realize they had the ability to sense a seizure. The diabetic dogs can sense a change of small AFAIK. Those life-saving puppers run from like $5,000-10,000. 🫣
Craziest part is that dogs can even smell emotions, sense diabetes cancer or other illnesses, and even sense weather changes
