Bittersweet night tonight...my oldest's final cheer routine performance. 🥹
Last ditch headache effort... caffeine. I know it's sourced in muscle tension/injury, but I can't take the head pain anymore.
My shoulder aches all the time and makes my muscles tense all the way to my temple. Today my head hurts so much on one side. So...ice pack and curling for the afternoon I guess.
I had my first PT appointment for my shoulder yesterday. It left me sore...even still today. It kinda seems weird that PT has to come before MRI in the insurance world bc wouldn't you want to know what you're actually dealing with before trying to fix it?
