42 male dx ileal #Crohns w deep ulcers after 1 yr of mild abd pain + 4 loose BM/day & urgency. Started on effective therapy. At 9 months: occ discomf. w some food & 1 formed BM/day. 🔦CLN: few aphthous ulcers in ileum 📡#IUS: moderate transmural thickening (above) 📌What’s next?
