I’ve been heavily cardio pilled over the last few months when the difference in hazard risk between processed vs non processed foods is 4%… And the same hazard risk comparing elite cardio vs lowest quartile is 300%… Invest in an elite gas tank, not nutrition neuroticism.
I need a physical / health challenge to take on for the next 60 days? Need something intense to close out the year and keep me focused around the holidays. What should I do?
