6/4 - called 866-993-5800. Talked to Yolanda. she was the one who I had just talked to 5mins earlier.. She says: "I get a lot of these calls but because it has been more than 30 days she can't do anything". Only trade-in can and I then ask for supervisor! @ATTHelp @ATT


6/4 - called back (800-331-0500). Described the situation again. They can't help because it has been more than 30 days. Only trade-in can help me. Their number: 866-993-5800. @ATTHelp @ATT


6/4 - still no confirmation email. Called AT&T again (800-331-0500). Edgar is on the line but he is having system issues so asks me to call back. @ATT @ATTHelp


5/30 - talked to Robert at AT&T business. He tells me he has initiated sending of the boxes and that I should get a confirmation email within 24 hours. His number 800-331-0500. @ATTHelp @ATT


5/26 - called and texted the sales guy, Luke Baldwin (224-306-4654). He told me he would call me back but never did. @ATT @ATTHelp


5/26 - called AT&T. They tell me: we don't see a trade-in request. It's been more than 30 days so can't help you. You need to talk to your sales guy. @ATTHelp @ATT


5/24 - called AT&T again. they told me to give it another few days. @ATTHelp @ATT


5/22 - called AT&T to check the status of the empty boxes. They told me 2 business weeks. @ATTHelp @ATT


5/9 - Called AT&T to initiate the trade-in. They told me: I can’t give my older phones to a retail store and the phones need to be shipped in 5 separate boxes. So they will ship me 5 empty boxes. @ATT @ATTHelp
