@orient_electric is a third class company making cheap and non usable fans. I have been complaining since the day of purchase that fans are not working and their useless customer care just raises the complaint all the time
@orient_electric sends the so called technician without tools and without required spare parts and technician leaves by saying that he would visit once the spare parts available. At first instance he said that he raised request for replacement of fans but no action is taken.
@orient_electric technician names are Tribhuvan, his manager is Balbir, area manager is Ankit, they all are useless fellows and no one picks up the call as the company is bloody bankrupt and unable to provide spare parts or replacement. This company is a bunch of fraudsters
@orient_electric Do not buy any product of Orient Electric as they don’t provide after sale service and their products are defective. They will irritate you and eat your time. Better go for some good brand like Khaitan or Usha
