We would eliminate all aspects of religion from politics. We should insist that politicians have some form of education in politics as well as those that serve them. Not rely on biased and often outdated ideology.

Completely agree with this comment. The cost to get on and off the island is extortionate. We need to develop what we have make it attractive and affordable.

It’s a crying shame that the site has yet to be developed. I feel that a new public space incorporating a sympathetic memorial could easily be achieved. The island is in need of such a complex The ridiculous farce that is the new Braddan site should never have got off the ground
50 years ago today - 50 people died - Summerland tragedy. I have attended all the events marking this disaster - talked to survivors and emergency service personnel involved - learned so much. Thoughts are with them all today.
