The most important thing I learned in 2024 was that is never too late to reinvent yourself, and that starting to learn things you think are difficult, is easier than you think. The hardest part is deciding when to start.
You don't try to fix the mess. You fix your systems. You don't fix your employees burnout. You fix your operations. You don't fix your business stress. You fix your structure.
