Sports are a classroom. But contrary to what you’ve been told, the lessons extend well beyond the field of play. 15+ lessons learned from sports (on career, growth, and life):
Fascinating stats on the fed’s RRP transactions. Well presented piece.

Filtering is a superpower. The people you don't hang around. The opportunities you don't accept. The distractions you don't allow. The relationships you don't have. The news you don't read. The content you don't consume. Saying no is how you turn filtering into action.

This just gets funnier and funnier. From interviewing the president to accidentally buying lemonade, Portnoy has become the poster child of this bull market. 50 years from now when your grandchildren look this period up, Portnoy’s picture will be the first thing they see.
I accidentally bought $150k of Lemonade $LMND. I have no clue what it is. I can only assume it has to do with lemonade stands.
2020 still has a chance to be your most meaningful, most productive, most important year. If you... -focus on what you can control -commit to actions that actually deliver results -look for ways to get 1% better every day 6 months left. Finish strong.
1/ Druckenmiller's first mentor, Speros Drelles, would often tell him that "60 million Frenchman can't be wrong." Here's a thread on what that means and how to know when you should listen to or ignore the "Frenchman" (market)...
I don't buy this narrative that Portnoy is a "genius marketer." The problem with the goon squad act is that millions of people believe this shit. They really do. He's gonna be responsible for lots of people losing their life savings. Of course, he's gonna be fine.
Historically rare (and bullish) to get > 90% of stocks above 50-day moving average. Short-term overbought, but usually found coming off major market lows. Next few months anyone's guess, but another bullish momentum signature to be sure.
Signs appearing that we might be ready for a consolidation in gold? Negative divergence on the weekly chart as prices begin to stall near ~$1700 and just below 50 wma. Time (or price) will soon tell. $XAU $GOLD
