If you only knew how hard it is to manage #symptoms of #bipolardisorder you would want to cry if you don't have symptoms of bipolar. It is so tremendously difficult to manage symptoms. I practice #meditation sometimes but when I do it it feels so much better
I got a beer trim today yesterday I look like a hobo with so much hair on my face it was unbelievable. I was very happy to get a haircut and a beard trim it's really short now and I love it. Styling and profiling love it be good people be good to each other
